After studying Political Sciences, Eleni started working for lifestyle and traveling magazines in Greece. Her work was recognized by Athenian Guides where she was offered a position to be the Editor in Chief. It was then when she decided to explore the food & beverage industry where she quickly grew a passion and deep interest for spirits and cocktails. For the past 8 years She is a proud member of the global Difford's Guide Team becoming a partner of Difford's Guide Greece & Cyprus, Co-Founder of  Metron Ariston: Making Responsibility a Trend, co-organizer of Athens Rum & Whisky Festival, co-organizer of Cyprus Cocktail Festival and co-organizer of Aegean Cocktails & Spirits, a project that promotes Greek spirits through various activations, projects and festivals,  she has been dedicated to great Martini's, creative bartenders, and exceptional bars, writing about them and judging competitions.
